Ordering

How can I place an order?

The simplest method is to place your order online. We have a secure checkout system that accepts multiple payment methods. Alternatively, you can call us at 0899 697 196 to place your order over the phone. We will then take your details and send a confirmation to your email address.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that changing your mind happens! Please contact us if you want to cancel your order, and we will review your request.

Can I amend my order?

If you need to make any adjustments to your order, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to review your request.

Can I pick up my order?

There is currently no option for order pickup. All orders are dispatched to the address provided in the order.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

You can add a gift message at checkout by clicking on 'Add Instruction For Seller' and typing your message. We will print and include it with the order for free.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer a gift wrapping service. We're working on it though, so stay tuned for updates!

Shipping

How will I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will always provide you with the tracking number. You will find your tracking number in the e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order.

How long will I wait for my order?

Our non-custom orders are processed within 2 business days, while custom and personalized orders may take up to 7 working days to process. We use AnPost registered post for shipping, with delivery times of 3 working days for the Republic of Ireland and 5 working days for Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders over €59.00, but only within the Republic of Ireland.

What are your shipping costs?

In the Republic of Ireland, there is a fixed shipping fee of €6.20 for orders under €59. Shipping is free for orders of €59 or more.

In the UK and Northern Ireland, shipping rates are determined by the package weight and dimensions and are shown at the checkout.

Who is your shipping courier?

We ship all our orders using AnPost registered shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Please note that custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For more information on the return process, please refer to our Return Policy.

Will I get a full refund for my order?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What if I need to make an exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Rest assured, the safety of our products is our absolute priority. All our products fully comply with the rigorous EU standards. Our toys meet the EN 71 safety requirements. Our wooden, vinyl, and silicone toys are non-toxic, BPA-free, and phthalate-free. Furthermore, all textiles hold the Oeko-Tex® standard 100 certificate. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and All4One Gift Vouchers.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, Cotton Planet gift card can be purchased online here.

How long are your gift cards valid for?

Cotton Planet gift cards are valid for 5 years.

Do you accept One4All Vouchers?

Yes, customers can pay with One4All Vouchers with us.

Can I use my gift card for a partial payment?

You can use a Cotton Planet gift card for a partial payment and combine it with another payment method to cover the remaining balance.

You cannot use a One4All Gift Card for partial payment online. Please contact us if you want to use the One4All Card for part of the payment.
